Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.


Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. Sales events and holidays may delay shipment by a day or two.

Yes! We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

Yes, orders over £30 which are shipping to the United Kingdom qualify for free shipping.

Yes we ship international orders. Average delivery time is 10 - 20 business days, but could take longer depending on your country's customs process.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 8-12 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Returns & exchange

We want you to love your MiAiden purchase! If your selection does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery charges.

Products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support at

Any cancellation should be sent within 12 hours upon placing the order.
