Refund Policy

1. The window

30 days from the day your order is delivered. Prepaid return label, no questions asked. UK and EU customers keep their statutory cancellation rights on top of this.

2. Condition

Unworn, unwashed, in original condition. Trying it on counts as none of those, so try it on. Tees that come back worn or washed are returned to you instead of refunded.

3. How it works

Email hello@miaiden.com with your order number and what you are sending back. We reply with a prepaid label (US and UK; elsewhere we refund reasonable tracked postage). Drop it off, done.

4. When you get your money

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of your return arriving at our facility. Original shipping costs are refunded when the whole order comes back.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges jump the queue. Your new size or design is printed as soon as the carrier scans your return. You are not waiting for it to travel back to us first.

6. Bundles

Returning part of a 2-for-$75 or 3-for-$99 bundle re-prices the tees you keep at the standard price; we refund the difference. Returning the whole bundle refunds the whole bundle.

7. The print promise

Separate from returns: if a print cracks or fades within fifty washes, we replace the tee free. Send a photo, keep the original. No receipt drama.

8. Not returnable
