1. The basics

These terms apply when you use miaiden.com or miaiden.co.uk or buy anything from us. Placing an order means you accept them. If a term here conflicts with a consumer right you hold by law, your right wins.

2. Products & pricing

Every tee is printed to order. Colors on screen can differ slightly from cotton in daylight. Prices are shown in USD on miaiden.com and GBP on miaiden.co.uk, can change between drops, and include VAT where it applies. If we misprice something obviously (a $4 tee), we may cancel and refund rather than honour the error.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we email confirmation. We can refuse or cancel an order (suspected fraud, resale bots, an address we cannot ship to), and if we do, you are refunded in full, promptly.

4. Bundles & offers

Bundle pricing (2 for $75, any 3 for $99) applies automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with other discounts. Free shipping on 2+ items applies to the standard shipping method. Offers can end between drops without notice.

5. Shipping & returns

Covered in full by the shipping policy and refund policy, which are part of these terms.

6. Our words, our designs

Every line, print, photograph, and page on this site belongs to miaiden. Wear the tees anywhere, photograph them everywhere, but do not reprint, reproduce, or sell the designs or copy without written permission.

7. Your content

Tagging @miaiden or #miaidenmonologue gives us permission to reshare that post on our channels and site, credited to your handle. Ask us to take one down and we will, same day.

8. Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is capped at what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you shop from elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply to you.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms between drops; the date at the top tells you when. The version live when you order is the one that applies to that order. Questions: contact us.
